Do you ever feel so overwhelmed you don’t know where to start? Have past experiences that are interfering with the progress you’d like to make in your life currently? Frustrated that life just doesn’t seem to be moving in the direction you’d like it to go at the moment? Life happens all over our plans sometimes and that can be a challenge. We get stressed and overwhelmed sometimes, and that’s ok. It’s not all about our experience at the moment, but more so our ability to cope with those experiences and become resilient. Sometimes we have to push ourselves in ways we never would have considered to in order to get through. In those moments, it’s so important for us to have self-compassion and positive coping skills to help us get through. It doesn’t hurt to have some help along that journey either.
